These terms cover 1:1 coaching provided by Built By Meech ("the coaching", "we", "I"). By booking a call and going on to pay for coaching, you agree to the terms below.
1. The Coaching
Coaching is a 12-week 1:1 program covering training, nutrition, weekly calls and direct coach access, as described on the coaching page. The investment is £997. Your exact start date is agreed directly with you following your free audit call.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to sign up.
- Coaching is general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. If you have an existing injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, check with a doctor before starting and tell your coach before your program begins.
- Monthly intake is limited to a small number of 1:1 clients so everyone gets real attention. Spots are allocated first-paid, first-served.
3. The Guarantee
Lose 8kg in 12 weeks, or Meech keeps coaching you for free until you do.
"Doing the work" means completing your weekly calls, logging your check-ins, and applying the training and nutrition plan as given. If you do that and have not hit 8kg in 12 weeks, coaching continues at no extra charge, with no time limit, until you get there.
The guarantee doesn't apply if you stop responding to check-ins, don't follow the plan as given, or stop engaging with the program. This is not a refund. It is continued coaching until the result is delivered.
4. Payment & Cancellation
- Payment terms (in full or in instalments) are agreed directly with you before your program starts.
- If you need to pause coaching partway through for a genuine reason (injury, personal circumstances), tell your coach as soon as possible. What happens next is worked out directly with you rather than fixed in advance, since every situation is different.
- Disappearing without contact is treated differently to communicating a genuine issue, and may affect your eligibility for the guarantee above.
5. General
- Photos, results and testimonials submitted during coaching may be used, with your permission, in marketing for Built By Meech. We'll always ask first.
- Advice given is based on your individual check-ins and information provided. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your program.
