Straight answers

Good, because I don't run strict programs. Strict is why everything else failed. Your plan is built around your actual week: your job, your commute, your gym, your social plans. Most of my clients train 3 to 5 sessions a week, a few focused hours in total. If you have time to scroll Instagram, you have time for this.

Most PT is a generic plan and a high five once a week. Nothing happens between sessions, nothing adjusts when life changes, and you never learn why you're doing any of it. My coaching is the opposite: weekly check-ins, a plan that adapts to your real week, direct access to me whenever you need it, and education so the results stay after we finish. It didn't work before because the model was broken, not because you are.

Yes. That's literally the point of the Social Day / Non-Social Day System. Your nights out get planned into your week in advance, your numbers flex around them, and the week still adds up. You keep your social life. I just make sure it stops cancelling out your training. I do it myself every week.
